1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure fast and safe delivery.
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unavoidable courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional small fee (visible at checkout).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
Wooliana is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package:
They will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to us.
For re-shipping, additional charges may apply.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Wooliana ships only within India.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered, please:
Take clear photos/videos, and

Avoid accepting visibly damaged parcels.
