At Wooliana.com, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return and refund process.

 


 

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

  • Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons (details below).

 


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, underwear

  • Socks

  • Swimwear

  • Cosmetics, perfumes, or personal-care items

  • Any item marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. How to Place a Return / Exchange Request

  1. Login to your Wooliana.com account.

  2. Go to My Orders.

  3. Select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  4. Choose the reason and submit your request.

We offer:

  • Free pickup service in eligible pin codes.

  • If pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the item. In such cases, compensation for shipping may be provided as per policy.

 


 

4. Quality Check & Approval

  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection.

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the item passes this check.

  • If the product fails the inspection (used, damaged, altered, missing tags), the return may be rejected and the item will be sent back to you.

 


 

5. Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders (Online Payments):

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

You may receive your refund via:

  • Bank transfer, or

  • Wooliana Wallet Credit (if applicable)

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after your return is approved.
